Birds and Shabbos Shira I always learned we feed the birds erev Shabbos Shira because they ate up the mann that Doson and Aviram had put out on Shabbos to 'show up' Moshe; we thank the birds who thereby thwarted their wicked plan. and thereby made a kiddush Hashem. Reply

nutshell comment that was amazing.FYI in parsha in a nutshell, you say that the slav came down every night. wasn't it a one time event? also, you say a small amount of man was put away in a jar, isn't an aseres ha'eifah roughly 2 liters?
