For fifty years we were members and supporters of four different Seattle synagogues but since Chabad came to Edmonds we feel we have found a home.  We wish we had Chabad from the beginning.

“…I grew up Jewish in a Conservative Shul in Mercer Island, Washington.  However, after the Rabbi I grew up with moved away, the Shul didn’t feel comfortable anymore.  I felt like a stranger in my own home.  You might say I prayed around looking for the right Shul for myself.  I tried an Orthodox Shul, a Sephardic Shul, a Traditional Shul and even a Reformed Shul.  I had almost given up and lost my Jewish identity completely.  Then I found a new home at Chabad.  A place where all Jews can come together and feel at home.  Chabad is a place where everyone is welcome.  A place where all Jews can feel comfortable. Chabad is a community and I only wish I had found it in my early 20’s.  No matter where I travel, if there is a Chabad House, I feel like I have a home and a place where I belong.”
